IoT SIM Cards
All hardware purchased from us includes a SIM card that is pre-installed and ready for activation. If you are ordering a device through our store, no additional SIM purchase is necessary.
Standalone SIM cards are available for installing into compatible third-party wireless equipment such as routers, gateways, and certified M2M hardware not originally purchased from our site.
Dual SIM Option
If you would like your IoT device to include automatic carrier redundancy, you can choose the Dual SIM configuration at checkout.
With a Dual SIM setup, each device is equipped with two active network connections. If one carrier signal drops, the device will automatically switch to the secondary carrier for uninterrupted connectivity.
This feature adds an additional flat rate of $4.95 per month per device, billed on top of your selected data plan.
Data Plan Requirement
Every SIM card purchased separately must be paired with one of our Pay-As-You-Go Tiered Data Plans. Choose from the following monthly usage thresholds:
- 3GB Tier
- 7GB Tier
- 10GB Tier
Data usage is tracked monthly per SIM card. Billing is based on the amount of data actually used within the selected tier. You will receive automatic alerts when usage reaches 50% and 90% of your selected data limit.
Important Compatibility Notes
Pre-Activated SIM Cards support M2M Data ONLY
- Not compatible with smartphones, tablets, or devices requiring voice or text service
- Text messaging and voice calling are not supported
- Only works with carrier-certified M2M and IoT devices
- Our support is limited to verifying whether the SIM is active
Returns and Compatibility Policy
Please do not purchase a SIM card unless you are certain it will work with your device.
SIM cards are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. We recommend confirming device compatibility before placing an order.
